1. How do I place an order?
Placing orders is easy. Simply enter your address on the homepage to find restaurants that will deliver to you. Click on the restaurant you'd like to order from and start adding items to your cart. Checkout when your ready to place your order by clicking "Checkout", entering your credit card information and then finally clicking "place order". Once your order is placed, we charge your credit card and deliver your food. 


2. Do you deliver to Beach Clubs and Marinas?
Yes! For both Beach Clubs and Marinas, we have pre-set addresses in our system to make it easier for you as some customers do not know the addresses of these types of locations.

Click here and choose the Beach Club or Marina you'd like to get delivery to. Click "Start Order", choose the retaurant you'd like to order from and at Checkout make sure to type in your cabana, locker, or boat slip number in where it says "Directions (Optional)".


3. Is there a minimum food order?
The minimum to place an order on our website depends on the restaurant you choose. Some menu items are less expensive so those restaurants typically have a smaller delivery minimum. Check the restaurant listings for more details.


4. What are the convenience fees?
Convenience fees are usually $4.99-$19.99 for delivery anywhere within our delivery zone but we run promotions from time to time to lower them. Stay on the lookout!


5. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to offices, homes, beach clubs and marinas located in Fair Haven, Rumson, Sea Bright, Red Bank, Middletown, Little Silver, Oceanport and Monmouth Beach.


6. I don't want to pay the delivery fee, can't I place the order and pick it up myself?
Yes you sure can. Simply choose "pick up" instead of delivery before you checkout and place your order. 


7. What if I want to add an item, remove an item or cancel my order?

Call or email us with the changes. If you need to remove any items or cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of your delivery time. We'll do our best to make the requested changes within 1 hour of the delivery time but unfortunatley there is no guarantee.

8. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.  We do not accept cash.


9. What are your hours? 
Our current delivery hours are 3pm-9pm Wed-Sun. During these times, you can place an order for delivery. When we're closed, you can schedule a delivery for anytime in the future during our opening hours. We'll be expanding our hours shortly to include all days of the week plus breakfast and lunch as well as dinner. 


10. Why isn't my favorite restaurant listed?
We're working hard to list all of your favorite restaurants. If you don't see yours here, email as at info@jerseyshoredelivery.com


11. Why can't I edit my cart when ordering on my mobile device?
Once you have confirmed your address on the "verify your information" page, the cart can no longer be adjusted. You can however click the name of the restaurant to be brought back to the menu with an editable cart.
